Le HTML est un langage texte qui permet de décrire le contenu d’une page WEB grâce à des balises (structure du document, données, images, formulaire, programme, etc.). Les feuilles de style CSS permettent d’en définir la présentation. L’idée de fond est de ne pas mélanger les données et leur visualisation pour faciliter la mise en place d’un site et son évolution. Indépendamment de la complexité des architectures les langages HTML et CSS demeurent des standards depuis des années. Les nouvelles versions du HTML5 et du CSS3 ont encore renforcé cette hégémonie en étendant leurs possibilités pour prendre en compte les équipements mobiles, le référencement, le dessin, la vidéo, le rendu 3D, les animations, etc.. Dans cette formation, vous comprendrez dans un premier temps comment les navigateurs échangent avec les serveurs WEB, puis comment créer des sites WEB dynamiques et modernes en utilisant les possibilités du HTML et du CSS que vous compléterez avec les apports des nouveautés proposées par le HTML5 et le CSS3. Leur utilisation vous sera présentée sous un angle professionnel avec notamment le souci de répondre à la question "Comment faire de la mise en page Web avec les technologies et les outils modernes du moment ?". Ce qui vous le verrez n'est pas si trivial si on se limite à la simple présentation des technologies.
De même nous vous aiderons à préparer votre veille technologique post-formation et à analyser avec recul les tendances du moment.

Une présentation de Javascript vous permettra de compléter votre vision de l’architecture des applications ou sites WEB d’aujourd’hui côté client et de disposer du recul nécessaire à tout développeur. Enfin, vous apprenez à tester les compatibilités entre CSS 3 et les différents modèles de navigateurs ainsi que les possibilités d'utilisation sur équipement mobile.</p>

ME inc. is a training course with the purpose to discover and practice new concepts as identity and personal branding, through non-formal methods. This project will help the participants to develop both professional and personal skills. We focus on all 19 abilities and competences needed for personal and professional projects and to develop your career path.</div>
<br />

The objectives of the Tc were discovering  new non-formal methods in personal brand field to be used in their work with young people from the sending organizations (personal values, career values and vocational interests, creative ways to shape their personal brand).<br />
<br />
- To create an international platform where can be uploaded methods, testimonials from participants, professional advises from experts, tests and quizzes and who can be accessed by every youngster interested in developing their personal brand.<br />
<br />
- To enhance networking, multicultural awareness and exchange of best practices and further cooperation among nonprofit organizations with focus on the issue of personal branding, social entrepreneurship and talent management.<br />
<br />
- Establish a network of youth workers who develop, implement activities in the field of personal branding for youngsters.<br />
<br />
- At the end of the training course the participants will improve their entrepreneurial, entrepreneurial and personal branding mindset; learn how to help their beneficiaries to develop and present an individual action plan, but also exchange and present their country’s best practices.</div>

The Seminar was to give young people Four-days training Seminar on possibilities of increasing social inclusion of disadvantaged youth groups through concept of social entrepreneurship.
Specific objectives of Seminar are to: </div>

- To promote tolerance and inclusion of the youth coming from socially excluded and poor groups through different tools of non-formal education, games Intercultural workshops developing group dynamics and learning process aiming to influence them to become more active citizens in their cities .<br />

- To provide tools and good practices in social entrepreneurship area.<br />

- Encourage youth to further usage of social media, in the topic of social inclusion, in their own cities.<br />

realities to be active in their labour market and in the European one. Moreover, we’ll provide them space to network, share best practices, define obstacles and challenges in different contexts, and work together on practical solutions to be implemented in each of their local contexts.

The Training course, by using the non-formal education methodology, is directly aiming at:

Refugees and migrants face heightened risks while trying to reach Europe

In a new report, UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, details the impact of the increased border restrictions introduced in 2016 on refugee and migrant movements towards and inside Europe. It shows that people continued to move but undertook more diversified and dangerous journeys, often relying on smugglers because of the lack of accessible legal ways to Europe.<br/><br/>
After the “closure” of the Western Balkan route and the EU-Turkey Statement in March 2016, the number of people reaching Greece via the Eastern Mediterranean route drastically decreased. The Central Mediterranean route from North Africa to Italy has since become the primary entry point to Europe. However, arrival trends in Italy show that the primary nationalities who crossed to Greece had not switched in significant numbers to the Central Mediterranean route.<br/><br/>
In total, some 181,436 people arrived in Italy in 2016 by sea, out of which 90 per cent travelled by boat from Libya. Those who came to Italy in 2016 include people in need of international protection, and also victims of trafficking and migrants seeking better lives. The top two nationalities of those arriving in Italy were Nigerians (21%) and Eritreans (11%). A striking feature is the increasing number of unaccompanied and separated children making the journey, over 25,000 in 2016. They represented 14% of all new arrivals in Italy and their number more than doubled compared to the previous year.<br/><br/>
The journey to Italy is particularly dangerous, with more deaths at sea in the Mediterranean recorded in 2016 than ever before. Of the 5,096 refugees and migrants reported dead or missing at sea last year, 90% travelled along the sea route to Italy, amounting to one death for every 40 people crossing.<br/><br/>
The report also shows that, in the last part of 2016, more people reached Europe through the Western Mediterranean route, either by crossing the sea to Spain from Morocco and Algeria, or by entering the Spanish enclaves of Melilla and Ceuta.<br/><br/>
People have continued to leave Turkey along the Eastern Mediterranean route from April onwards, but in much smaller numbers. Most cross the sea to Greece, but some also cross land borders to Greece and Bulgaria, or cross the sea to Cyprus. The use of this route includes a large number of people in need of protection, in 2016 87% of those arriving by sea to Greece came from the top ten refugee producing countries.<br/><br/>
This is also the case for those who have continued to move along the Western Balkans route. In Serbia, for example, 82% of those who have arrived are from Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria and almost half are children – 20% of those unaccompanied, though numbers have reduced since April 2016. As a result of stronger border restrictions many rely on smugglers, taking high risks which resulted in several deaths in 2016, says the report.<br/><br/>
According to the UNHCR study, tens of thousands of people have been reportedly pushed back by border authorities in Europe, including in Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Spain, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, with many cases of alleged violence and abuses in an apparent attempt to deter further entry attempts.<br/><br/>
In addition, UNHCR has received deeply worrying reports of refugees and migrants kidnapped, held against their will for several days, physically and sexually abused, tortured or extorted by smugglers and criminal gangs at several points along key routes.<br/><br/>
“This report clearly shows that the lack of accessible and safe pathways leads refugees and migrants to take enormous risks while attempting to reach Europe, including those simply trying to join family members.” said Vincent Cochetel, Director of UNHCR’s Europe Bureau.</p>

resettlement targets for Syrian refugees

As the number of men, women and children fleeing six years of war in Syria passes the 5 million mark, the international community needs to do more to help them, the UN refugee chief said today.<br/><br/>
“We still have a long road to travel in expanding resettlement and the number and range of complementary pathways available for refugees,” said Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.<br/><br/>
“To meet this challenge, we not only need additional places, but also need to accelerate the implementation of existing pledges.”
The remarks come one year after the High-Level Meeting on Syria sought pledges to resettle 10 per cent of all Syrian refugees by 2018. Despite the call during that meeting in Geneva on 30 March 2016 to resettle and facilitate pathways for 500,000 refugees, to date 250,000 places have been made available.<br/><br/>
“These generous pledges are a welcome and important symbol of solidarity and responsibility-sharing by the international community. If we are to achieve our goal, we now need to accelerate these efforts in 2017 and beyond,” said High Commissioner Grandi.<br/><br/>
With the signing of the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants in September 2016, UN Member States committed to increase their efforts to find new homes for all refugees identified by UNHCR as needing protection and solutions in third countries. UNHCR estimates that almost 1.2 million refugees will need resettlement in 2017, among whom 40 per cent are Syrians.<br/><br/>
The High Commissioner emphasized that “Resettlement is a crucially important tool for protecting refugees. Only the most vulnerable, however, are referred for resettlement. For this reason, UNHCR will continue its work with States to increase the number of resettlement places and the number and range of pathways to protection that complement resettlement. As many States know from first-hand experience, resettlement not only gives refugees the opportunity to re-build their lives, but also enriches the communities that welcome them.”</p>
